How Can I Trace My Order?
You can track your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse:
- Processing: Check the status of your order on the "My Orders" page in your Unboxmall account.
- Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information and the website where you can trace your package. You can also find tracking information on your Order Details page.
How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address. Once your order has been shipped, we're unable to modify the address. Reach out to Customer Service or email us right away!
Is Shipping Included in the Prices?
Yes, all our products include shipping fees - it's completely free shipping!
- For items marked "free shipping", you won't have to pay any extra for shipping. We offer free worldwide shipping on these products.
- For items without a "free shipping" label, the shipping cost is already included in the price. Simply select your shipping country in the "Ship to" tab at the top of the page, choose your preferred shipping method at checkout, and enjoy a worry-free shopping experience with no unexpected costs.
What Shipping Methods Do You Offer and What Are the Estimated Delivery Dates?
We offer several shipping options to the United States:
- From Our Chinese Warehouse: If your order ships from our Chinese warehouse, Airmail and Registered Airmail usually take 8 - 20 business days to arrive, while EMS typically delivers within 8 - 15 business days. For faster delivery, our Expedited Shipping through DHL delivers to the U.S. in 3 - 7 business days.
- From Our Local Warehouse (for U.S. Customers): If you're in the U.S., we also ship from our local warehouse. USPS delivery generally takes 3 - 6 business days, and UPS offers even quicker delivery in 2 - 5 business days.
Please note that while we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, we can't guarantee shipping speeds. If a shipment is delayed, the responsibility lies with the shipping company. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and where your package is coming from. These estimates are general guidelines and may take longer in remote areas. If you have any questions, our customer service team is here to help.
Once the shipment process has started on the logistics company’s end (regardless of the website’s updated shipping time), if a refund is requested for any reason, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Remote Areas - Delivery
Can couriers deliver to remote areas? Yes, we can deliver to remote areas. However, FedEx or DHL may apply a nominal "remote area charge" if your delivery address is far from their main logistics centers. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss the issue. An additional $45 fee may apply. If you prefer not to pay this fee, we recommend choosing Standard Shipping. We will refund the difference in shipping fees if applicable.
How Do I Cancel an Order?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to cancel your order. Once it has been shipped, we can't cancel it. Reach out to Customer Service or email us immediately!
