Product Warranty
At ORLMS Official E-BIKE Store, we take pride in ensuring the top-notch quality of our electric bikes. We have a meticulous process in place, from carefully selecting our suppliers to having our in-house quality control team conduct a thorough inspection of every single e-bike before it's shipped out. This guarantees that each product matches the descriptions provided on our website.
The warranty period starts on the day you receive your ORLMS e-bike. If you notice any issues during this warranty period, simply reach out to our customer service team, and we'll arrange for the necessary repairs. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, but we'll cover the shipping charges to send the repaired e-bike back to you.
Warranty Coverage:
- 12-month Manufacturer's Repair Warranty: This covers any manufacturing defects. However, it does not include damage caused by improper use or problems arising from logistics issues.
- Warranty Exemptions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, or any unauthorized modifications to the e-bike will void the warranty.
In case you need to return the e-bike for a warranty claim, it's crucial to report the problem within the warranty period and return the e-bike in its original packaging, if possible. Items with expired warranties are not eligible for repair or replacement.
Right of Cancellation
You have the option to cancel your e-bike order within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that there are some exceptions, such as e-bikes that are custom-made or have been unsealed. If you want to cancel, make sure to return the e-bike in its original condition and submit your cancellation request within the 14-day period.
Pre-Shipment Quality Check
Before dispatching any e-bike, our QC team conducts a comprehensive inspection. If a defect is found, the e-bike is returned to the supplier to maintain the quality of our products.
Damaged on Arrival
If your e-bike arrives damaged, please contact the courier right away to file a complaint. Then, reach out to us at ORLMS Official E-BIKE Store with your order details and photos of the damage. We'll help you seek compensation from the courier and may ask you to return the damaged e-bike.
Post-Warranty Issues
If your e-bike malfunctions after the warranty period has expired, please provide us with photos or videos of the defect. Depending on the situation, we may consider offering a refund or replacement. However, please be aware that shipping fees for returns will be your responsibility.
